Terms & Conditions
-Permits must be on site and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Refunds will not be granted for inclement weather. Additional fees may be charged for rescheduling.
-Applicant shall ensure that all parties involved shall not drive or park vehicles on sidewalks or entry ways to Delaware River Waterfront Property.
-Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on any Delaware River Waterfront Corporation property.
-Fastening or attaching any rope, signage, banner, flyer or other object to any tree, shrub, fencing or railing on Delaware River Waterfront Property is strictly prohibited and automatically voids the permit.
-Applicant agrees to faithfully observe and comply with the conditions, regulations and provisions prescribed herein and by the ordinances of Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, the laws of the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
-Delaware River Waterfront Corporation is not able to provide amenities such as sound systems, tables, chairs, tents, or other support materials and services. Provisions for parking are NOT included in the issuance of any Delaware River Waterfront Corporation permit. Tents are not permitted on Race Street Pier. The Party Center is the exclusive rental equipment provider for Delaware River Waterfront Corporation. -A certificate of insurance must be provided for all contracted vendors naming Delaware River Waterfront Corporation as the certificate holder and the following entities as additional insureds under the vendor’s general liablity policy:
• Delaware River Waterfront Corporation
• The City of Philadelphia
• The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia
• Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
In addition, the certificate of insurance will reflect the following coverages with the insurer endeaving to mail 30 day notice of cancelation to the certificate holder:
1. Commercial General Liability coverage with a minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $1,000,000 annual aggregate.
2. Workers’ Compensation coverage with the statutory limits of $100,000 each accident/$100,000 each employee/$500,000 policy aggregate.
